Georgia Right of Way – Seeking to hire an experienced Utility Line Clearance Tree Trimmer / Bucket Truck Operator. CDL License is preferred. If you do not already have your CDL we will require you to obtain one and assist you in the process. This job post is for the DUBLIN, GA area.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Working from an aerial lift
• Tree climbing with rope and saddle as necessary
• Inspect tools and equipment for safety prior to beginning work
• Trimming, roping, rigging, and removal of trees near power lines
• Be competent and safe with a chainsaw
• Be trained and aware of all safety procedures
• Report directly to the foreman
• Begin working to obtain Class-A CDL

We are seeking a motivated individual with prior experience in utility line clearance tree work who is looking to advance their career within the industry. You must have previous experience in tree removal, roping, rigging, cutting trees under pressure, storm work, and removal of limbs near energized conductors. We will continually provide on-the-job training as well as safety training to the employee.

We typically work 10-hour shifts 7:00am to 5:30pm; Monday thru Thursday (subject to change per customer request) We also provide emergency storm clearance services as needed. Our employees must be able to work overtime and irregular hours as needed.

A CDL License is required to move up within the company. New employees must begin working to obtain their CDL-A Permit within 60-days and are given a raise upon completion. Furthermore, we will assist you in obtaining the ELDT certification and completing the CDL Road Test.

All applicants must be able to pass a drug screen and DOT Physical
